Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Deposit Policy All services require a deposit that will be charged to the card that you put on file upon booking. The deposit is non refundable, but does go towards your service cost. The purpose is to hold your appointment for you! Lateness Policy Please be on time! The more time I have with you the better you experience and result will be! There is a 10 minute grace period after the 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Please do not be late! If you do not show up to your appointment or make any attempts to contact or inform me about any issues, you will be marked as a no call no show and expected to pay your remaining balance before being able to book again. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must give a 24 hours notice before the service! If you do not you will be required to pay for 50% of the service cost. Please reach out I am very understanding! If the reason for canceling is last minute then we can reschedule the appointment for another day! However, if you do not contact me AT ALL you will be charged for the full cost of the service. Refunds No refunds on any services!! If you are not happy with how your lashes look I will do a free removal and a new set. If there is any significant fallout or issues the with lashes you must let me know within 48 hours of the service or you will be charged for a mini fill. If you have any other issues please let me know, the sooner the better! Before Your Appointment! Please come to your appointment a freshly cleansed face! If you come with makeup I will have to remove it with a Deep Cleanse Lash Bath! Do NOT wear mascara 48 hrs before your appointment, as it will affect your retention!
